Summary

The team is implementing a Swiss SECO-supported Financial Management Umbrella Program (FMUP) Improving Public Financial Management in Ghana activity. The Components are COMPONENT 1: Linking core PFM interventions to service delivery outcomes; COMPONENT 2: Supporting PFM outcomes through data and evidence; COMPONENT 3: Addressing SOE performance and accountability. This include Activity 2.2. Public investment management (PIM) gap analysis.
